Qualifications Required : GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at C grade or above.
Vacancy Full Description : You will be a key player in the apprenticeship hub at the college.

The apprenticeship hub follows a similar process to a recruitment agency but the key clients are potential apprentices. You will help in all aspects of the apprwenticeship recruitment process. Duties will include the following:

Creating and updating our Apprenticeship vacancy list
Sending emails to key stakeholders
Responding to email queries about Apprenticeships
Helping the general public face to face with Apprenticeship queries
Updating our CRM
Sending any filled apprenticeship vacancy paperwork to our MIS team
Researching new potential customers for the Apprenticeship programme and liaising with our skills advisors to support them in employer engagement
Updating and uploading articles on our social media pages including linkedin, facebook and twitter
Create employer databases for skills advisors
Cleanse candidate contact list
Update contact list
Help create ideal Vacancy template for all frameworks
Keeping displays up to date
Call learners to invite them in for workshops and interviews
Advertise vacancies on various recruitment sites
Help with putting together marketing including candidate synopsis
Create new database spreadsheets to contact
Create Vacancy lists
Create cover sheet of all our employer branding

General admin duties may asl include the following:

Administrative Support – To provide administrative support as directed by your line manager
Problem Solving - To identify problems and provide possible solutions to correct the matter
Working with others - To collaborate with members from all areas of the college including staff, learners and external customers
Report production - Monitor and produce reports relating to tasks designated to you
Project support – To provide project support including being part of the decision making process
Confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all dealings with learners, staff and external customers
Other duties – Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 35hrs, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary : £122.50 Per Week
