Brief Description : To provide end to end guidance and support for individuals or brands ready to take their idea and dream to the next level, whilst using creativity as a tool to engage participation and tailoring the delivery to individual needs.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
Vacancy Detail : • Welcome and advise customers
• Thorough knowledge of the brand and store activities
• Following store policies and procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations and other precautions and requirements
• Ensure goods are well displayed through visual merchandising
• Handle payments and sales
• Arrange ordering and delivery
• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Receive stock drop offs from designers
• Cleaning and maintaining the store floor and warehouse space
• Monitoring inventory
• Engaging in appropriate behavior at all times, representing the business in a positive light
• Stock checking on a weekly basis and producing monthly statements to designers
• Completing tasks as delegated by a superior such as store manager
• This role will require evening and weekend work
Number of Positions Available : 2
Working Week : 36 hours per week ( Monday - Friday )
Salary : £295.96 Per Week

Future Prospects : Potential full time position on completion of the Apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided : This qualification is made up of:
• Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
• Functional Skills in English at Level 1
• Functional Skills in Mathematics at Level 1
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
