Brief Description : To maintain and grow existing customers through answering phones, processing orders and sorting customer queries.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
Vacancy Detail : Main responsibilities:
1. Plan day – manage the day and don’t let the day manage you.
2. Maintaining clear communication on back orders for your area customers daily
3. Handling all incoming customer enquiries, orders, queries and complaints fast and accurately

Day to day tasks
Recording all customer contact on CRM
Upselling at every opportunity
Doing OTP’s (Orders to place) within one hour
Managing a specific email inbox as well as your own
Handling incoming calls
Following through queries and complaints

Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 35 hours / 8:30am-16:30 , Monday to Friday
