Brief Description : We are a well-established and dynamic estate/lettings agency located in
South-West London. Having substantially secured our position in the market, we
seek to expand by adding an Office Junior to the team.


Qualifications Required : GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
Must have a Driver's license
Vacancy Detail : As office junior you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the office, this includes
such tasks as:
-Assisting with property maintenance, booking appointments for engineers etc.
-Ensuring all gas certs, electric certs etc. are update to date
-Helping out with the day to day running of the office
-Registering new clients
-Handling outdoor appointments/viewings
-Assisting with direct marketing campaigns
-Carrying out property inspections and inventories (training to be provided)
- Providing excellent customer service
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 9:30am- 5:30am ; Occasionally later ends Wednesday ;2/3 Saturday each month (1 weekday given off)
Salary : £ 185.00 (Weekly)

Personal Qualities : highly motivated individual with a keen desire to understand
and progress in the property lettings field. We are looking for a proactive, bright and
driven individual who is happy to be trained with the potential to move up within the
company. Initiative is key to being successful at Universal Estates.
Skills Required : - Possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals and targets
- Be able to communicate well (written and verbal)
- Be a team player
- Be well spoken, well presented and personable
- Sufficient IT skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel etc
- Be organised and possess initiative
Training to be Provided : Apprenticeship Standard including End point assessment and Functional Skills in Maths and English
Things to consider : Applicants must have a clean driver’s license, own car would be an advantage.
Ideally a non-smoker.
Will be expected to work 2/3 Saturday each month (1 weekday given off)
