Brief Description : This placement opportunity will be to support Schlumberger’s HR department. The HR Assistant is responsible for providing support to employees on topics including, but not limited to, hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals,compensation and promotions. There will be plenty of exposure to various HR topics &people.
Qualifications Required : A Level or equivalent English, History, Languages, Psychology (Grade A and B) desired
Vacancy Detail : What will the apprentice be doing?
Working closely with HR Manager and HR Representative at the site, reviewing company's
HR Policies and Procedures, understanding organization structure, learning HR core
functions such as Payroll, Compliance, Compensation, Employee Support, conducting
employee right to work checks, assisting with various internal audits and participate in
organising engagement events.

HR legislation and policy
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Experience with HR Function at world's leading Oil and Gas Services Companies.
Practical experience with day to day queries by employees and management, involving
various topics of their concern.
