Brief Description : We are now seeking a Facilities Management Administration Apprentice to perform general and full support to the Facilities/ Asset Management Team which will participate towards ensuring effective and efficient operations for the company. In addition, this role will also include support across all departments such as HR/Administration


Qualifications Required : GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is Essential as well as a min. Level 1 Qualification in a Business Studies course (Accounting, Management, Finance, Admin , IT etc.)
Vacancy Detail : General duties are but not limited to:

• Unload and check accuracy of all incoming stock supplier deliveries
• Carry out daily/weekly stock checks
• Issuing stock to employees
• Maintain general housekeeping duties within the warehouse and forecourt
• Data Entry Vehicle/Warehouse related
• General Administrative duties
• Participate as an effective and willing team member to achieve individual and team goals.
• Assist with any other reasonable request in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
• CRM Systems with regards to vehicles
• All duties associated with vehicles – i.e. MOT, invoices, tracking etc
• Vehicle breakdowns monitoring, reporting
• Cost breakdown , evaluation, obtaining quotes
• Filing, copying and other general clerical tasks
• Answering and directing business telephone calls
• Use of company’s internal software
• Updating database when required
• Assist managers by handling basic Administrative tasks
• Communication with Clients, Management and General Public
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Other ad hoc administrative and general office tasks

Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday- Friday
Salary : £ 11,739.00 to £ 14,014.00 (Annually)

Skills Required : • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Polite and engaging telephone manner
Training to be Provided : Apprenticeship Standard including End point assessment and Functional Skills in Maths and English
