Qualifications Required : Math and English GCSE C/4 or equivalent
If not achieved ; must be willing to take Math and English functional skilsl along-side course
Vacancy Detail : As the Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties
• Displaying exceptional customer care and service skills and strong product knowledge.
• Maintaining a clean and efficient operation and environment, including guest areas and back of house this will include cleaning and sanitising following strict Covid 19 standards
• Assisting and performing duties as directed by supervisor and restaurant manager, including the preparation of the mise-en-place
• Maintaining the highest hygiene and heath and safety standards
• Serving food and drink and clearing tables
• Maintaining a professional attitude at all times
• Always well groomed and smart at all times
• Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant at Manager and CEO of the company
This is a very hands-on role.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Sunday
Salary : £ 200.00 (Weekly)

• Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles

• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
